sdkid Discussion starter. So, this video gave me the best clue to the problem. there are TWO sensors. One generates a P0335 code, and one generates a P0340 code. I replaced the sensor in the back of the engine by the firewall. I did not replace the OTHER sensor on the passenger side of the engine near the fuel filter.Bank 1 is passenger side and Bank 2 driver side. 20 people found this helpful. Had to replace my camshaft position sensor after having some issues with hard starting and stalling. If you have the P0345 code you will most likely need to replace the sensor. This is for P0345 which is bank 2 drivers side, bank 1 would give you a P0340 code. This is how to do it.
