Hard lump on collarbone near shoulder.

There is a distinct lump on my collar bone close to where it meets my shoulder, but not meeting my shoulder. It feels hard, like part of the bone. The muscle under it feels a little bit swollen but it could be my imagination. It isn't causing any pain. I am not able to move it.
