I hand calculate each tank and it's usually right around 13.9 everytime. If you have a 3.31 axle, the only thing you can do to get it correct is set the tire size to 37" and deal with the CEL (P-1635 if memory serves). Or just buy a Hypertech and set it to 37" tires and be done. You can do all the lift you want but the tires are going to rub the frame with the factory wheels because of the off set.

My shop said the trucks will fit 37s on stock tires without rubbing. Might be testing that soon.
