The Plex server is running on a Xeon E5640 with 4 GB RAM. The HTPC client running on Win10 is next door to office and connected on wifi to the same powerline adapter. The client has a soundcard to play via DirectPlay media with Dolby Digital EAC3 track. I've a Roku downstairs next to the main router and it runs smoother with some buffering issues.The client keeps buffering every few seconds, and the bandwidth graph in Plex shows quite high peaks.
