It depends on the grip module. Wilson combat does not affect most holsters. Icarus with the gas pedal added on to the module does affect holster compatibility. That's why I stuck with wilson combat and I honestly have not shot better with anything else. They know what they are doing over there.

I only use the Small p320 grip modules.
