Guild XP is earned by earning Conquest points. IIRC, guild XP is 200% of Conquest points, so for every Conquest point you earn you get two guild XP. If your guild is less than a week old then you will have to wait before you can start earning guild XP. If over a week then just do anything that earns Conquest points.

It really depends on which planet you are trying to get off of. If its a starter planet they are a confusing. If you are over level 10, use your fleet pass.
