Jan 23, 2024 · Xfinity email does not synch correctly with Outlook 365. I've just started using Outlook 365 to access my Xfinity email account. However, folders and emails are not synching correctly. When initially setting up Outlook, it set up automatically as IMAP/SMTP. Xfinity app / "Account" icon / Account settings / Xfinity ID & Security / Comcast email / Go to inbox. But "Go to inbox" is just a link to "connect.xfinity.com" in a web browser. It would be faster to open the browser and tap a Bookmark or Favorite for the webmail site.
